Date: Saturday, 2/27, 9am – 3pm

Place: Homestead High School

Categories/groups:  Chinese Typing (Chinese I, II, III, IV/AP) 12-1pm

Karaoke (Middle School and High School) 9-12 & 1-3pm

Registration: Deadline – 2/20/10

1. Students who study in FUHSD, CUSD & Chinese Schools are welcome to register

2. Complete the registration form below

3. $2 registration fee for each category (cash or check payable to “CACLEC”)

Rules:

Karaoke: All songs must be in Mandarin.

The contest will be two levels – entry (one song) 9-12pm & final (2 different songs) 1-3pm.

Please bring your own music CD or instrument.

Most Popular Award will be voted by audience with admission tickets ($1/ticket) at Final level.

Typing: Please bring your own laptop (fully charged).

Test time – 10 minutes.

The test article will be given in both traditional and simplified Chinese.

Prizes:

Karaoke: 1st place $100 & trophy(one/group), 2nd place $60(one/group), 3rd place $30(one/group),

Best Costume Award $20(1/group), Best Performance Award $20(1/group), and

Most Popular Award $20 (1/group, voted by audience with admission tickets sold at the final).

Chinese For Fun 學藝比賽

庫市中文教育委員會 Cupertino Area Chinese Language Education Committee (CACLEC) 主辦

一、主旨：藉由中文打字以及歌唱興趣、熟識歌詞，寓教於樂，俾提昇華文學習之風氣，進而促進華文學習之動機。

二、 報名資格：在FUHSD, CUSD和CACLEC的四所中文學校就讀的學生均可報名, 一人可報名兩個項目。

三、 報名組別： 卡拉OK: 高中組和初中組

中文打字: Chinese I, Chinese II, Chinese III and Chinese IV/AP

四、 報名辦法： 請將填好的報名表格寄至CACLEC, c/o Lisa Wang, 10266 Beardon Dr. Cupertino, CA 95014

五、 報名截止日期：2010年2月20日

六、 報名費用： 每項 $2 (cash or check payable to “CACLEC”)

七、 比賽日期： 2010年2月27日星期六

十二、 頒獎： 各項比賽成績於比賽結束後立即結算公佈，並於卡拉OK決賽結束後，現場頒獎。

十三、 獎勵辦法： 每位得獎者各獲大會頒獎狀一紙, 各組獎項，視實際情況可從缺.

卡拉OK: 第一名 $100及獎杯(一組一名)，第二名 $60(一組一名)，第三名 $30(一組一名)，
